multiple pools free shuttle rental bikes
the hotel offered multiple pools and various relaxation areas. a free shuttle provided convenient access to the port town. i appreciated the availability of rental bikes directly on site. the bar served lovely food all day.
i found the mattress on the bed to be too soft for my preference.

beautiful design mood lighting great comfort
i found the design of the room and the entire hotel very beautiful. every detail was pleasing. the room included everything i needed. i especially liked the light and mood lighting in the room. the comfort level was high.
i noticed the absence of readily available parking near the hotel. i wondered about the purpose of the hotel parking. it seemed unclear who could use it.

the hotel has more than four outdoor pools and one indoor pool. i noticed a sauna too. the pools are well-kept. the surrounding areas offer ample space for relaxation and sunbathing.

the staff, especially marcos in the restaurant, were kind. he was helpful and attentive throughout my stay. adria and vasyl at the reception helped me every time as well. they were pretty good.

The hotel provides fine sea views. the boat house bar connects it to the sea and beach area. the location offers a nothing noisy. the hotel is a short distance from alcudia. The bus stop is right nearby.

the air conditioning did not work and the fan in the room also did not work. cleaning staff needs to improve, they did not do a good job cleaning the rooms.
