the hotel offered multiple pools and various relaxation areas. a free shuttle provided convenient access to the port town. i appreciated the availability of rental bikes directly on site. the bar served lovely food all day.

i found the mattress on the bed to be too soft for my preference.

i found the design of the room and the entire hotel very beautiful. every detail was pleasing. the room included everything i needed. i especially liked the light and mood lighting in the room. the comfort level was high.

i noticed the absence of readily available parking near the hotel. i wondered about the purpose of the hotel parking. it seemed unclear who could use it.

the air conditioning did not work and the fan in the room also did not work. cleaning staff needs to improve, they did not do a good job cleaning the rooms.
